He is particularly concerned with documenting its lasting consequences, especially for civilians.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">The exhibition itinerary presents scenes taken up close, sharing the lives of people affected by war, sharing the dangers, the cold or the hunger, following like an anthropologist the same escape paths or returning to the same places for years, to perceive the changes or collect the memories of the survivors. They are real, uncomfortable shots, where aesthetics take a backseat to the message, to nourish our memory and a critical conscience against the hatred that is repeated identically at every latitude. In fact, Senigalliesi covered scenarios such as Berlin and Moscow, in the days of the fall of their respective regimes, or Sarajevo, living with the population during the very long period of the siege, collaborating with the most prestigious newspapers in the world. Then Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, Bosnia, Rwanda and many other places:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">The exhibition also invites reflection on peace. These months mark the sixtieth anniversary of <em>Pacem<\/em> <em> in <\/em> <em>terris<\/em>, the encyclical published by Pope John XXIII in April 1963. The pope was writing at a time of major cultural and economic change, when international relations were dominated by the nuclear threat during the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union, following the construction of the Berlin Wall in 1961 and the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.
